I have this fourwheeler for my little sister that when I press the pedal a light comes on but it will no accelerate. I took the pedal apart and unhooked the red and yellow wire and hit them metal to metal but it still didn't move so I don't think it's the pedal. Can anyone please give me some advice.

Is the light you mentioned the battery meter on top of the tank? It should light up with a few lights from red to green, showing a fully charged battery. Do you see the full range of colors? Have you charged the battery and tested the voltage?
