Hello- brand new to this forum. Been checking on here during my rebuild. Have a 1989 Power Wheels Firetruck that was mine as a kid that I am rebuilding for my 4 year old son. I have purchased some emergency lights and other things for it, including a volt gauge. I've had the wiring harness fixed from the recall. I have 2 red 6 volt batteries that supply power to the 12 volt system. Where is a good spot to tap into for this volt gauge?

Thanks in advance for the help. I will post some pics when the project is done!

any ground and hot would work, the meters on mine are really small wiring going to the meter, probably like 20-22 ga. I'd run in to the hot running to the first connection the + side of your battery runs to, probably one of the sw's for Hi/Lo, or For/Rev, and the ground.
