Need new batteries? Going from 12V to 18V or 6V to 12V? Wiring Questions?
#150577
Hey there. My in-laws bought my daughter this Frozen "power wheels" (what is the generic term?) https://www.walmart.com/ip/Disney-Froze ... y/55627506

They of course left it in the garage with the battery drained down over the winter and now it doesn't seem to charge all the way up with the standard factory charger and always appears on the verge of dying. I know it has a 12v-12AH battery in it currently. in any case I would be interested in upgrading for a longer run time but it appears I am size constrained so it may be impossible to find a similar sized battery with better amp hours - so my questions are as follows

Would I be better served buying a higher quality battery and
Would a better charger aid in charging time and offer any substantive upgrade?
Do they make similar sized higher capacity batteries so I could increase my run time?

Thanks

Higher amperage isn't going to fit. We have a higher quality one you can get and just switch your connector over to: https://www.mltoys.com/product-p/12v-12 ... nector.htm You should get over 2 hours on that vehicle. Your stock charger will charge it but if you want a quicker charger with auto shut-off we have this one: https://www.mltoys.com/product-p/fast-charger.htm Again, just swap your connector onto it.
