Need new batteries? Going from 12V to 18V or 6V to 12V? Wiring Questions?
#32857
Here is the wiring diagram I have come up with and all the plugs I have bought to complete this and the new red 6 volt battery, and my existing 12 volt battery etc... Can someone please take a look at this and let me know if this is correct and if not what corrections I need to make? Converting a Kawasaki brute force. Thanks Everyone.

Yeah, it doesnt matter what positive lead from what battery touches the car. Either way, together in series, they appear to the circuit as 18V of "potential voltage".

I'm very visual too. In fact I usually bust out a piece of paper when describing something to people! :ugeek:

Its almost like power wheels was begging me to do this... I took out the little plastic thing that holds in the stock 12volt battery, and everything fit perfectly into the same space!! heres a pic. My sons getting used to it, but hes loving the extra speed, he said he wants to take it to the race track and race it now.... lol
