I've been wanting to play with these cars for a while and finally got a little dodge viper for free off Craigslist. No battery, no problem I work on dewalt tools and just attached a tool base and battery connector instead. We're running 20v 3.0ah batteries right now. I'm still trying to figure out where to get a low voltage alarm of sorts. So far the batteries have not gotten overly hot, and there's plenty of power for 75# of kids. Well see how long it all lasts. I've got a few drill motors, ECT laying around. I'd anyone knows of a simple inline voltage alarm please hit me up. I confused the neck out of the radio shack guy.
