So I finally put Wesley's kit in.
Used cut up milk jug to make the 7/8" controls fit on the 3/4" handle bars

cut rear of body so I could tuck two batteries above the back axle.

Cut up and bent some scrap sheet metal to hold controls, and wired.

After a few issues pulled the 100 ohm resister out of the 12vdc coil circuit and checked operation, Okay!

Still need to get a lens and the Eagle eye LED's working.

Love your mounting solution. I really struggled with mine trying to install and wire the electronics up under the "gas tank". Great ideas you had here!

Just ordered 4 12v12ah Gruber batteries for this, should give the girls hours of run time.
