Hello everyone,

I was curious to see what yall thought about using one of these https://www.googleadservices.com/pagead/aclk?sa=L&ai=DChcSEwiRtdzz7qHaAhURO4EKHT4YCnYYABADGgJ5dw&ohost=www.google.com&cid=CAESEeD2V93LIFYhIey6iw75Z9ll&sig=AOD64_3i4wV2usMw3MQUw_3tMRB4gXAlxg&ctype=5&q=&ved=2ahUKEwi98dTz7qHaAhUBvVMKHSk3CikQ9aACegQIABA5&adurl= and the custom (diy app) for smartphone or tablet to control forward and reverse to drive the kiddos around with on a barbie jeep power wheel. They control steering and i control throttle. Its a stock version with 12v f/r switch.

Thanks in advance!

The ESP8266 is extremely useful, I personally use them in practically all my projects now.

The module here appears to be a single relay, so only useful for either a single direction or a remote kill (though I wouldn't suggest the latter without making it failsafe).

This module also uses the 01 variant, so only breaks out 2 useful pins.

Get something like a wemos and a relay board or H-bridge module to give a real scope for the project.
