Turns out these are Pre-Mattel era 6v "Pines of America" Power Wheels.

They originally came with a seat cover -- I replaced mine with a new one I made -- as well as horn. Mine was missing horn, so I bought a new horn off ebay and installed it with a C clamp from the plumbing section of home depot. I also cleaned this really well and made a brown velvet steering wheel cover for it. I also created a turning pedestal for it from an old motor, hacked ikea coffee table, casters, foam & black velvet.
