I have a Wild Thing purchased new in March 2017 that has suddenly stopped working. The battery is providing about 13.6V, and the blue LED will flash appropriately when I press the buttons to adjust the speed. However, there seems to be no response when weight is put on the seat and the controls are moved.

I took the cover off of the control board to see if anything looked loose, burned-up, or corroded, and saw nothing obviously wrong. It appears that the red button on the left is what detects weight on the seat, so I tried pressing that and moving the controls while measuring the voltage on the terminals going to the motors. It never budged from 0V. Any suggestions for getting this up and running again? Thanks.
