I am upgrading a Best Choice 12v Jeep purchased from Walmart to a 24v to increase speed. The Jeep has a bunch of other electronics - led head lights, tail lights, a radio with sound, etc. Will upgrading the 12v to 24v fry the other electronics?

I am no wiring expert by any means but if you are doing 24 volts I assume you are running 2 12 volts in parallel. If you hook everything up to the + and - of ONE of the batteries (not in parallel) you will only draw 12 volts not 24 and it should act like stock. It should not matter that you have it wired for 24 if you come off of the same battery for your 12 volts. I would definitely wait for someone who knows what they are talking about to confirm this on the forum though. Like I said I am no wiring expert.
