My Son just got gifted a like new Grave Digger from his grandpa.

Looks like it’s never been ridden, the decal application isn’t perfect but I’m mainly wondering how the decals hold up to the sun and humidity.

The Texas sun is ruthless and I regret not putting clear coat on my sons dodge dually.

Should I cover the whole body in clear code to prevent peeling and fading?

The sun is brutal on these plastic rides. A UV resistant clearcoat might help the decals but keeping these rides out of the sun as much as possible is the only way to keep the plastic from getting chalky and brittle. If you don't have a covered parking spot, a good tarp will help keep it in better shape than leaving it out in the open weather. Even parking it under some trees for shade helps a little.
