BATTLE OF THE BATTERY POWERED VEHICLES
Tuesday, August 6, 2013 6:00pm
$1.00 Entry fee
Classes: 3 & 4 years old, 5 & 6 years old, 7 years old, Open class - Any size battery, any age 3-7
1st place: Trophy & $25.
2nd place: Trophy & 15.
3rd place: Trophy and $10.
RULES:
1. You furnish own Power Wheels or battery powered vechicle
2. Each contestant will run 1 lap around track, fastest time wins
3. Must register by 6:00pm

I believe this is the first year that they are having a cash prize...
Come on up and have a good time...

He rode in the 3&4 year old class. He drove the Polaris RZR. The 1st place rider had a Razor Scooter and beat him by a little over a second. Then the same scooter was used to win 3rd place..
No probs though...He was thrilled and when we were on our way home he said "next year Daddy we will go faster" I shook my head and said 'yes we will son....yes we will" :twisted: :twisted:

that's hardly fair!! scooters should have had a class for themselves... way lighter than a PW and a lot of stock scooters can run 15-20 MPH!
Try to get them to change that rule.
