Hello all, new to the forum and loving it !!!! its good to know that other people also follow this awsome hobby.
I am really thinking about adding a stereo system to my daugthers F150. everything is stock at the moment and runs off a 12v 10ah battery. i whould like to know if a install a head unit / small amp / 6' mids and a 6' subwoofer what kind of battery should i look at getting ? i intend on running the current battery AS IS and get a 2nd battery soley to run the sound system.
also how whould i go about charging the battery used for the stereo?.

just another quick question what is the best material to use when installing the head unit on the dash for extra support?.

many thanks and looking foward to the response.
