Electrical, Battery & Switch help

I just bought. 12v Jeep for my 2 year old and the lights and radio are coming on but it won’t move. Is this a battery issue? It has been sitting apparently since last March with no use. It was charged all night long.

Without you having tested the battery or vehicle wiring we can only go on past experiences which would most often points to the battery.

hello, the radio and lights work off of 4 C batteries that are located underneath the fake equalizer on the radio. As far as the 12v that runs the motors, you will need a tester and start at the battery and work forward to the pedal and gear shift. There are two switches in the shifter and one on the pedal, look for loose or broken wires. Lastly, see if you are getting voltage to the motors, if you are it is the motors that are bad. Good luck
