Ever take apart a #3 gearbox that was grinding.....and find nothing wrong with it?

Just an update.....

During a preschool graduation party the other night, I noticed a grunt on start up. It's not bad yet. At some point I will have to pull them and see if I can improve on this. They were flawless for about a year.
