Is it possible to take the ESC system from an old E100 razor scooter and add it to a Jeep hurricane? Is it really worth it? I'm looking to go up to 18v shortly, so would the two systems even be compatible?

The E1000 scooter, no. However one of the more powerful scooters, particularly with variable throttle, yes.
