Due to the CRAZY never ending Winter, my son was able to try out his Silverado for the first time yesterday. Problem is the fuse kept blowing after about 10 minutes of driving. I am running a 20amp fuse right at the battery. Should I bump it up to a 30amp or is there something wrong?

Yes 30 amp. I have had to go to 40 amp fuses in extreme terrain situations.

We have some surplus fuses that we will be liquidating in the near future, are these fuses fairly large. I have some 50 Amp fuses behind my desk and they are like the size of D Batteries, is this what you guys use, I have some 40 Amp fuses in our parts warehouse, let me know if this is what you guys are buying and I'll be able to sell them for cheap to you all!
