the increased battery capacity doesnt have an effect on the current draw(reason you blew a fuse). I will say that if you have heavier kids or big hills a stock setup is already flirting with pulling right at 30A, especially on hotter days. It may have just been dumb luck as well. Get a few extra 30s and see how it goes. If you get 5-10 minutes out of them and then they are popping then its most likely load and you'll need to step up to a 40A fuse or get a 30a breaker so it resets itself. My neighbor has bigger kids and he was constantly blowing 30s after a few minutes. Tested everything out to make sure he didn't have a short then swapped it up to a 40A setup and no problems since.
