sub-note: take care of these motors, they are extreeeeeemly hard to find, so if you blow it up or let out the magic smoke fixing it aint gonna be easy. :-(

i have a super 6 CAT dump truck that goes too fast for my little one on 12 volts to start, but 6 volts isn't fast enough. Since it has extra space for electronics and batteries under the seat, can anyone help me wire in a 6 volt battery that will start it moving, and then after moving, it goes up to the 12 volt battery? I have 6 volt and 12 volt batteries to use. Maybe is there a timed relay?
Thanks.

By the time you go that far, may as well to a proportionate throttle set up. Can be accomplished for as little as ~$30 in parts and a few hours of your time if you're handy, or with bolt in parts if you'd rather spend money than time.

I also have a diagram using a two position peg perego pedal to accomplish that. Or Cjb builds a turbo timer that also does the same
