for 12v vehicles that NEED to be upgraded to 18v
#139028
My kids H2 is a 12V setup now. I borrowed my nephews battery to test and the motors work just fine.

So now I'm looking to get some / a battery. The main thing is, I would like to overcharge it with 18V or 24V at some point. If I went the route of using 2 or 3 6V batteries in series, would these batteries be a good option?

They are sold in a pack of 4, so I could go all the way up to 24V if I felt the need, but I'm thinking that 18V will do just fine after my kid gets bored with the 12V power.

Also notice how I said I would hook them up in "series". I noticed a lot of people saying they are hooking the batteries up in parallel, but that wouldn't double the voltage. I'm assuming everyone is really overcharging by hooking the batteries up in series? Here is some basic info on the series vs parallel connection.
