Jeep Hurricane Slow after Motor Replacement

Hello All I'm Scott. Nice to be here.
I have an issue I'm looking for help with. I have a Jeep Hurricane and replaced the motors with ML Toys 550's last year. It ran great up until a week ago. I put what said was a fully charged 12 volt orange top battery in it and it barely moves. I put a 12v grey top battery in and it will pull a 50 lb.. kid around but won't climb the driveway. I'm just looking for direction on what I need to be checking. I ordered an extended life 12 volt with power wheel conversion wiring kit. The battery will be in Monday. Should I be checking gears or the gas pedal? Upside down the motors move in reverse, low and high speed, but put weight on it and it bogs down terribly. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sounds like your batteries are the issue. You'll know for sure Monday.
