Need new batteries? Going from 12V to 18V or 6V to 12V? Wiring Questions?

I have a 12V Best Choice Jeep that has no power. Battery is good, I have replaced the control module, and about to replace the push button switch. Nothing has a hint of power, and it doesn't appear battery is charging via the charging port. Charger tested good. Any thoughts?

I'd look for a blown fuse. If possible, charge the battery outside of the vehicle. Battery should read well over 12v while charging (may be as high as 14.5v). Battery should read over 12v after a full charge and resting for at least an hour (12.4-13v depending on battery health). Battery voltage should not drop below 10-ish volts when installed and throttle pedal depressed.
